8. Purchases and Payments

By making purchases of digital products and services (such as virtual currency, items, and additional content), you agree to the following conditions:

8.1 Digital Items:
Items and content acquired are linked to your account for personal use and cannot be transferred or commercialized without authorization.

8.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, digital wallets (such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), and, when applicable, through third-party platforms—always respecting the terms of those stores. Ation Studios does not store sensitive payment information; it is processed by certified providers.

8.3 Virtual Currency:
Acquired with real money, virtual currency is used exclusively within the games and cannot be converted to real money.

c) Content Created for Our Games:
This category encompasses mods, customizations, and alterations that directly impact the gaming experience. There are no restrictions on creating or even monetizing such content, as long as it does not harm the player experience. It is important to note, however, that hacks, cheats, or any modifications that compromise the integrity of the game are prohibited.

d) Fun Games:
This allows for the creation of games inspired by our titles. The only condition is that these projects must clearly distinguish themselves from our official products to avoid any identity confusion. For example, if you develop a game with similar mechanics or aesthetics, the name and visual presentation should clearly indicate that it is an independent project.

9.3 Responsibility and Moderation
You are responsible for ensuring that your content respects the rights of third parties and complies with applicable laws and our code of conduct. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content we deem inappropriate, as well as to suspend or ban users who repeatedly fail to adhere to these guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

Despite our commitment to offering high-quality products and services, we establish the following limitations:

11.2 Termination Due to Inactivity:
Accounts inactive for prolonged periods may be deactivated or terminated, with prior notification. Linked items or virtual currency may expire according to our policies.

11.3 Suspension and Banning:
Severe or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension (with the possibility of reactivation) or permanent banning, in addition to any applicable legal measures.
